Send a Friend a Whizzper Download

With Invite a Friend*, send a personalised SMS to friends so they can easily download Whizzper to their mobile.

The Invite a Friend functionality is accessed from the Buddy tab Menu.

When selected I get a screen in which to insert my mobile friends telephone number. In most terminals I can access my phonebook and easily insert the number from there. I hit send to complete the invitation.

As polite as ever, I am asked for my permission to allow Whizzper to send an SMS with the invitation to my friend.

Here's an example of the SMS which is sent as a result of the Invite a Friend functionality.My friend sees me in his SMS inbox as the sender.

* Please note, certain terminals do not have the capability to send text messages from Java. If this is the case for your phone, it will receive a version which does not include this functionality.
