WE:
-grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install the Software on any single mobile device from which You wish to access and use the Services.
-reserve all rights to this Software.
-are the owners of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Software which is protected by international and local intellectual property laws and treaties.
-may automatically check your version of the Software.

YOU:
-may not sell or redistribute the Software.
-may not incorporate it or any portion of it into another product.
-may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software or otherwise attempt to derive the source code (except where expressly permitted by law).
-may not modify, adapt or create derivative works from the Software in any way or remove proprietary notices from the Software.
-may access the Services only through the Software, interfaces and protocols provided and authorised by us.
-agree to abide by all laws and regulations in effect regarding your use of the Software and the Services.

Your license will end on the date your applicable Service ends. Your license will also end if we modify the Service in a way that no longer supports the Software. We may disable the Software after the date the Service ends.

YOU:

- will not be held responsible for any use of anything you say or post.

- remain anonymous. We hide your mobile number. If you decide to share intimate information make sure that it’s what you want and what you share cannot be used in a way you would not like. Using this service is safe when you act responsibly.
- be wary of people posting offensive material.
- block, when in doubt. Take advantage of our Blocking mechanisms to prevent creeps from contacting you. If you see/read something you don't like block that user and report the abuse.
- be extremely careful if you choose to meet another user in person. Use common sense. Meet in a public place; in a familiar setting; go with a friend, etc.

WE:
- do not offer any guarantee in relation to Service up-time or availability for any element of the service. All Services provided are on an 'as is' basis. Having said this, we strive to provide the best facilities possible to ensure maximum speed and availability from our servers and software.
